Pinnacle Airlines | Careers

Our open door policy establishes an environment where our employees can get their ideas and thoughts heard. Our People Committee is comprised of employees from all around our system whose mission is to ensure the Pinnacle Spirit is alive and well. We have a New Hire Experience Committee whose function is to ensure our new hires feel welcomed and valued. We encourage a fun environment with a family feel. We encourage our employees to take care of each other. Our employees are provided learning opportunities through our Pinnacle Management University, and our Corporate Education Center where leadership and elective classes are available to assist them in improving current job skills or helping to prepare them for their next Pinnacle position. We hire and promote common-sense Leaders who recognize the importance of taking care of People; both in good times and bad.

Our culture is based on recognition for a job well done and we have many events throughout the year where employees gather to have fun, celebrate, or simply gather to give support to one another. Ultimately, the pride of working in a place where you know that what you are doing is making a positive difference is what keeps many of our People motivated. We honor and thank our great People, for, without their hard work and caring attitudes, we would simply not be where we are today.

How to Apply:  For non-pilot jobs, please email your resume as a Microsoft Word (.doc) document to the designated recruiter for the job you are applying. You may also download an employment application and fax it to the fax number listed or mail it to the address listed in the job posting.
