Founded in 1947 and based in Washington,
DC, the National Business Aviation Association,
Inc. (NBAA) is the leading organization

aircraft to help make their businesses more
efficient, productive and successful. The
association represents more than 7,000 member
companies and provides more than 100 products
and services to the business aviation community.
NBAA's goal is to “create an environment
that fosters business aviation in the United
States and around the World.” They pursue
that goal by constantly striving to be a
world-class organization that:

our Members
- Shapes public policy
- Projects a positive image of our industry
- Hosts leading aviation shows and conferences
The annual NBAA Annual Meeting & Convention
is known as the World's largest civil aviation
trade show. Hundreds of exhibitors host
thousands of attendees who migrate between
the indoor and outdoor display areas. Orlando,
Florida’s Orange County Convention Center
will play host to NBAA2008 from October
6 to 8, 2008. NBAA officials told Avjobs
Weekly that last year’s event enjoyed a
record-setting 1,152 exhibitors at the Georgia
World Congress center in Atlanta, Georgia.
Event organizers also celebrated a sold-out
static display of aircraft and a final attendance
total of more than 32,000 people. In fact,
the convention rose to eighth in U.S rankings
of trade shows last year.
